Madeleine's school and the kid's activities started for us last week. I could not believe how exhausted I was by the end of the week and how much I was looking forward to the weekend. I usually look forward to the weekend because it means Paul is home and we get to do family activities. But last week I was just looking forward to relaxing and not having to do anything. We had a fantastic summer, one of the best in recent memory, so I was sad to see it come to an end but usually I am ready to get back to routine and schedules. Not this year! It feels weird to have to be somewhere at a certain time all week.
After the gym on Friday we stopped and got coffee and cookies. We sat and did nothing for a while and it was so nice.
Florence + the Machine Concert.
I went to a concert with a few friends Friday night. We had a great time tailgating and the concert was fun.

Bridget playing in the laundry basket.
This scares me! Good news is that I put her in the position just to see if she could hold herself there. She can hold herself like that for a while but she is no where near being able to get herself up.
Fall weather means lots of fires and lots of marshmallows.
Watching a movie while the adults sit by the fire.
Post walk picnic
Stuffing her face with Cheerios
Madeleine rode her bike over two miles so she was one hungry girl.
Byron was tired and wet. He loves when we take him to Bare Cove park because he gets to be off leash. He is always tired for days after.
Relaxing
The girls this fall are doing...
Mon: Madeleine & Claire gymnastics, Madeleine school
Tues: Madeleine & Claire dance, Madeleine school
Wed: Playgroup (my favorite part of the week), Madeleine school
Th: Madeleine swimming, Madeleine school
F: Nothing!!
S: Madeleine Soccer
S: Nothing
Doesn't seem like much but when you add in the gym 3 mornings a week (the girls go to the daycare), plus playdates, and other errands it seems like we are on the move all week. Not such a bad thing I suppose.
