The girls and I went on a getaway to Amelia Island, Florida. We went with our friends Molly, Lauren, Colin and Heather. It was so nice to be on vacation, spend time with friends, and be in warm weather. We stayed in a house across the street from a beautiful beach.

Reading with Molly on the deck. The deck at the house was huge and made it so easy to spend most of our time outside. Even when we weren't at the beach we were able to be outside. The beach was steps away from the house which was great. there was also a playground across the street.
Claire had so much fun. She loved all of the attention she got and enjoyed watching all of the big kids play.

We had a great hot tub at the house. We all enjoyed it.
Lauren loved playing with Claire. She would hear Claire cry and come running with a toy. It was very cute.

We found a great restaurant that had a playground in it. It was so great and such a smart idea.
There were two big holes on the beach that someone dug. The kids had a blast playing in them.
It was a great trip with lots of memories. The best part was seeing the kids having so much fun.
