Christmas Cookies! All the kids couldn't wait to decorate and eat the cookies. It was a huge mess and teh cookies didn't taste great but it was fun.
Paul did not think the kid's decorating was up to par so he gave it a go.
Sarah, Sarah Jay, and Claire during the Yankee Swap. We were all so happy that Sarah Jay could join us on Christmas Eve. We have been doing a Yankee swap with the David Huffman family for many years. It is always a lot of fun and has become a Christmas tradition.
The Obama Chia Pet that I brough was a big hit (to my surprise). Lee stole it from one of my parents but then my mom stole it back and then my Dad stole it from my Mom. Yankee Swaps are always so fun! They are one of my favorite parts of Christmas.
One of the best things about our new house is having a working fireplace. We have been have lots of fires.
