Few pics from the week

Madeleine dug in my bag and found a baggie of pretzels. She looks very guilty in this picture.

The next day she dug through my bag and into the pouch with he diaper and wipes and found a lollipop. Not only did she find it but she opened it too.

Jillian and I met at the mall for a little shopping with our girls.

Daycare? Nope Just our house!

A few of my friends and I trade off every Friday watching each others kids. It has worked out really well because all the kids play really well together and the moms get a few hours to get stuff done. The kids seem to really enjoy their play time together.

Travel Bug

It is hard to believe that it has been a year since we were in Australia. So much has happened in that year... Nicholas was born, Lyn and Lisa moved, Phillip and Rebecca moved, We are expecting our second child, we sold our house, and I am sure there is more that I am not thinking of. I cannot wait for our next trip. Hopefully we will be able to go next winter. I am dying to meet Nicholas and see Charlotte, Rachel, and Sarah. Phillip and Rebecca's pool has been looking so beautiful that I can't wait to jump in. Uh so many things I am looking forward to. I am also so excited that my new favorite blog is based out of Australia. http://absolutelybeautifulthings.blogspot.com/ I can't wait to go check out Black and Spiro! A year seems like a long ways off but I am sure it will go by quickly and we will be on plane before we know it.

Busy Morning

Madeleine played with her little people for a long time yesterday morning. She has not played with them in a long time but yesterday she pulled them out again.

I found her in the kitchen helping herself to a snack.

First chore... Paul taught Madeleine how to feed Byron a few months ago. She is pretty good at noticing when he needs to be fed.

Dreaming about...

This winter is feeling especially LONG so I have been finding myself dreaming about warm summer days and beautiful days in Australia. It has gotten so bad that I was even looking at real estate in Australia the other day. How many more days until summer???

I would kill to be laying on this beach or any beach for that matter.

Ah such a sign of summer.

First Ultrasound on December 1 (8 1/2 weeks)

Second Ultrasound on December 11 (10 weeks)

Third Ultrasound on December 30 (12 1/2 weeks)

Fourth ultrasound on January 26 (16 1/2 weeks)

Fifth Ultrasound on February 8 (18 1/2 weeks)

This was the anatomy ultrasound where they measure all of the baby's parts. It is also the ultrasound where we could have found out the sex of the baby. As most of you know we have decided not to find out the sex this time. It has been fun not knowing and surprisingly I have not even been tempted to find out.

Outside

It was sunny and not freezing so we took the kiddos outside to burn off some energy.

Madeleine and Katharine had fun sledding.

Benjamin was more interested in the bike.

He sort of used the bike as a sled. He rode it down the hill a few times.
