One Month Until Australia!

We are so excited that we leave for Australia in one month. I am trying to teach Madeleine what a Kangaroo is. Next week I will teach her about koalas.

Madeleine's new favorite thing to do is climb the stairs and she is really quick.

I watched my friend Laura's baby, also named Madeleine, today for a couple of hours. I was a fun little play date. They played really well together. Madeleine K only cried when Madeleine A pushed her down and Madeleine A cried when Madeleine K slapped her on the face.

Even more snow!

It has snowed a lot this winter already. Madeleine's nanny, Laura, gave her this fun sled for Xmas which we have been getting a lot of use out of. Madeleine likes it when we run and pull her really fast.

Up and Down, Up and Down

Madeleine spent about 15 minutes today going up and down the step onto the sunporch. She was very proud of herself!

She loves to stand and look out the window.

Old Old Lady

No not me... Madeleine! She is 10 months old today and she seems so grown up. I say this every month but I still can't believe how fast time is flying. She is very loving and sweet but she also has a very strong and sometimes stubborn personality. She definitely keeps us on our toes. She is a speedy little crawler, she is an expert at pulling herself up, and her latest trick is climbing up the stairs. She has been so much fun and everyday seems to be a new adventure. We can't wait to see what she will do between now and her 1st bday.
